First visit
Slow, calm, and led by your pet
The first visit matters most — if your pet feels safe, every visit after gets easier. So we leave extra time to sniff, rest and earn treats.
- 1
Send a photo and tell us about them
Age, weight, anything they fear, and when they were last groomed.
- 2
Ten minutes of hello first
Your pet sniffs the table and tools; we check the coat with you and confirm the price.
- 3
Updates while we work
Photos on LINE during the bath, and a finished photo before pick-up.
- 4
Pick up with notes
How it went, what they liked or didn't, and when to come back.
How we look after nervous pets
- One pet, one groomer, start to finish — no cage waiting
- No heated cage dryers — hand-drying only
- Non-slip tables and quiet clippers
- Regular breaks, treats for calm moments
- No medication of any kind
- If it's too much, we stop and call you

Thursday & Friday mornings are for cats
10:00–13:00 in a separate quiet room, with no dogs in the salon and our cat groomer — three cats a day at most.

Tell us first if your pet…
- Fears dryers or clippers
- Dislikes having feet, ears or tail touched
- Has nipped or growled during grooming
- Is senior, pregnant or recently unwell
What to bring
- Vaccination book
- Lead or carrier (cats must come in a carrier)
- Favourite treats
- Any shampoo your vet prescribed
Before you book
- Deposit
- Full grooms, de-sheds and cat services need a ฿300 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm in chat. It comes off your bill on the day.
- Moving or cancelling
- Give us 24 hours and your deposit moves to the new date. Later than that, or a no-show, and we keep the deposit.
- Vaccination book
- On a first visit we ask to see an up-to-date vaccination book, as set by your vet — it protects every pet in the salon.
- If your pet is too stressed
- We pause or stop and call you straight away, charging only for what's done. We never force a pet.
- Your pet's wellbeing
- Tell us before booking if your pet is senior, pregnant or recently unwell. If we notice anything unusual during the groom, we'll tell you and suggest seeing your vet.
- Late arrivals & pick-ups
- More than 15 minutes late and we may need to shorten the groom. Collecting more than an hour late is ฿100 per hour.
Often asked
How often should my pet be groomed?
Short coats every 4–6 weeks; long or curly coats a bath every 2–3 weeks and a cut every 4–8, depending on brushing at home.
Can I wait in the salon?
Yes — there's a seat and coffee — but most pets settle better when you're out of sight. We'll send photos as we go.
Do you take pets who aren't fully vaccinated?
Not yet — to protect every pet in the salon, please wait until your vet's schedule is complete.
